"As I lace up my shoes for what I think will be my last marathon, I still question why I do it. For the challenge? For all the free stuff that they tend to give away?
....or maybe just for the simple fact that I have a point to make out loud, but to myself! (Hmmmmuuh?) The only thing different from the fact that I want to cross the finish line, is that this time I have trained. I have prepared myself for the grueling 26.2 mile drag , where abouts the 20th mile (THEWALL) every thing shuts down!

But I can't explain, I keep wanting more....knowing I can't win! Its just a feeling of accomplishment....something that I achieved that everyone else was afraid of.

Well, I am relying on something that all of u can identify with...going back to the basics. You can never go wrong if you , Keep It sweet & simple, and maintain your focus on the basic training that you've had in life. Somehow that theory applies to everything. "Back To the Basics."

I wonder if there are more of you out there preparing for some sort of challenge in the near future. In Dec I'll be lacing um' up, again!http://www.klastv.com/Global/story.asp?S=3436980&nav=168XbNWZ
Hollar at me, I know Chicago is about to have their Annual marathon I believe to take place in October.

I'd like to add that Pam is doing fine, Thank GOD! All praises due!

I would like to propose a challenge to each and everyone of you out there: Bring in one new family member or close friend to join us in dialog, that has not done so yet! I still would like to see more participation in this cool communication piece. Lets grow our community! By September 10th we need to see more faces and hear more voices! I always check to see what new comment has been made! Keep up the great job! Keep the posting and comments comming!
Thank You for participating!
